Meet My Tribe…
#1 International expert on RESILIENCE, MENTAL HEALTH, and WELLNESS in leadership and life.
I’ve always been fascinated by people - in particular, what allows people to be at their very best. In this quest, I’ve studied resilience for over two decades, interviewing hundreds of people and collecting thousands of pieces of data on how we face challenges with optimal resilience, giving rise to the empirical framework, The Five Practices of Highly Resilient People. The power of resilience has also found me as I have faced my own challenges of trauma, loss, and significant learning disabilities. Believing that resilience is both the missing piece and the key to development for people across the globe, I founded Resilience Leadership Institute.

Shaman Ada
I’m a Shaman and a Certified Holistic Health Coach.
My Vietnamese name is Trang Ada Trinh Pham but you can call me Ada for short.
My journey to get here has been filled with treacherous pitfalls but I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to share my experiences and healing modalities with you.
My dad left my family when I was 9 years old so I didn’t know any of my family’s history. By the grace of spirit, I was able to reconnect with my dad in my 30’s after having a deep spiritual awakening and physical ailments. During my spiritual awakening, I kept having dreams and visions of my ancestors calling out to me. I later found out that I come from a long lineage of shamans in Rạch Giá, Vietnam.
Most of my family members died during the Vietnam War and little about their history and rituals were recorded. My dad never became a shaman so I was left to figure it out on my own. I decided to train at the Four Winds Society, started by Dr. Alberto Villoldo. During the training, my ancestors came to me during sessions and taught me their ways. I’ve learned to combine the teachings of the Andean Shamanism with Vietnamese Shamanism for my own inner healing. This path has taught me how to face my inner shadows and turn them into my greatest allies. My hope is to guide you to AWAKEN your inner HEALER.
