I am honored to hold space for you and support in your soul’s evolutionary process.
Firstly, I would like to thank you for being here, your curiosity is appreciated.
I had a career in corporate America for close to 20 years. Most days were a challenge, my soul always knew there was more to life. During those years, I was running myself into the ground with the lifestyle that I thought was the right thing to do. I struggled with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, digestive issues and was attracting like energies into my life. After years on medications (Antidepressants, Adderall, Benzos), self treating, hiding & avoiding to numb trauma. I had a giant wake up call in 2020, my dad was diagnosed with Cancer and that diagnosis catapulted my awakening. I started to see how precious life is and realize that I was spending my energy in ways that was no longer serving me. It was during this time that I began to understand that energy is our currency, how we spend our short time here is the wealth we accumulate. During this time I truly woke up to the idea that I am meant for more.
At this point I started to seek alternative healing modalities. Through micro, macrodosing, Kambo and the Grandmother medicine I was able to have more clarity around life. I began to have more awareness around the patterns of the subconscious and conscious mind. I started to see the blocks/resistance clearly and understand the work needed in order to heal. This process has shown me a deeper understanding of the mind, how trauma lives and how to let go. This journey woke me up to my calling to be of service, in assisting you and showing you are the medicine. My experiences with depression, anxiety, addictions (too many to list) has shown me that all the experiences in my/our(we are all one) lives is a divine gift. Our role is to see the divinity within our gifts we’ve been handed, I’m here to show you the light. I look forward to working with you.
My intention is to be of service to the community with an open heart for the highest good of all.

A little more about me personally
I feel most at home immersed in Pachamama, Mother Nature, Gaia. I love to travel, I find the more I travel and experience new cultures, sights, beings the more I expand my consciousness. Who doesn’t love learning new things and having fresh experiences. I believe that is what we came here for, to explore our sense of wonder, that childlike curiosity is such a beautiful energy.
I love national parks, I’m on a quest to see all 64, at 27 so far. I am a total geek when it comes to this topic. Always happy to chat about them and how valuable they are, I sometimes day dream about becoming a ranger some day. Love camping and hiking, Whitney and Langley are the two 14er’s I’ve had the privilege of summiting, look forward to hiking Patagonia and Kilimanjaro in the future.
I enjoy living by the ocean, doing beach runs/walk and cleaning up as I go, every little bit helps to protect her. Most of the pictures sprinkled through the website are photos from my travels, blessings!
